The only flights to the Galapagos Islands are from mainland Ecuador.
There are two major airports on the Galapagos Islands. On Baltra and San Cristobal Islands. Only Ecuadorian-based airlines travel to the Galapagos Islands.
There are three flights every day.

Its also private owned, and has a fleet of newer planes.

This Airline, owned by the Ecuadorian Military, was, for a long time the only airline that had a regular flight schedule to Galapagos. Times change and now you can choose from various airlines.

For flights between islands of the Galapagos Archipelago your only choice are two small planes that regulary fly between Baltra, San Cristobal and Isabela islands. You can contact them during your stay on the islands.
