Most of the World´s major airlines fly to mainland Ecuador. You have the choice of flying to either Quito or Guayaquil, with little difference in cost.

There are two major airports on the Galapagos Islands. On Baltra and San Cristobal Islands.The only flights to the Galapagos Islands are from mainland Ecuador. Only Ecuadorian-based airlines travel to the Galapagos Islands. There are three flights every day.
